Brands or pages with less than a thousand followers may try posting at least three times a week or every other day.
Brands with more than a thousand followers are recommended to post at least once a day.
And brands with more than a hundred thousand followers are recommended to post at least twice or thrice a day.
When you have a small number of followers, you need to maximize the use of your content. Posting daily means few people will see your post.
On the other hand, it is worth it to post more than one content on pages with big followers as there are a lot of people who will be able to see it.
